Enrollment Deadline Final Reminder

I hope that each of you has had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday week. With our enrollment deadline quickly approaching, I wanted to reach out one final time to invite you and your child on an educational tour, Capitals of the British Isles in the Summer of 2018. This will be an invaluable experience for your child and will impact their personal and academic development immensely.

Currently, there are only 6 spots remaining on our tour! I have already hosted an enrollment meeting and have students enrolled (and more who’ve expressed serious interest). At the end of my meeting, some parents had asked for a reminder of the final deadline, so I’m sending this email as a courtesy to families. We expect all spots on tour to be filled by this weekend. Here’s how you can enroll:

Please contact me with any questions. To enroll, you will need a link to our group’s Tour Website (http://www.eftours.com/tour-website/1928223YP ) and pay the $95 enrollment fee. The final enrollment deadline for this tour is tomorrow night, November 30th at 11:59 PM to lock in the discounted price.

Did you know you each have an online donation page located on your personal EF website?

You should have received an email from EF Tours, and your parents, with instructions on using it. Even the smallest donation gets you closer to traveling the world and becoming a global citizen. Take advantage of this tool.

Travelers need to:
1. Log in to your account at eftours.com/login
2. Click “Your donation page” on the left hand side of your page.
3. Copy the link at the bottom of the page and share it via email, Facebook, Twitter, etc.

Voila! You have just asked for a donation.

Helpful tip: Include a personal message about why you want to go on an educational tour and how any donation will help.

It's time to make sure that you have your passport. It's better to have it ready to go than waiting until the very last minute to get one or renew yours. It will be one less thing to worry about when the time comes. So... go to https://travel.state.gov/content/passports/en/passports.html and check out what you need to gather in order to get your passport processed.

I'm sorry you couldn't join us at the info session on Wednesday night - we had a great group of people come together to chat about educational travel! We are very excited about how many students have expressed interest in joining us in 2018 to the UK.

Our Summer 2018 program is designed to expose students to history and culture that we otherwise could not experience here at home. Here is a description: "Gain a deeper understanding of the British Isles' fascinating geographical, political and social history by exploring four of its renowned capital cities: Dublin, Belfast, Edinburgh and London. Step inside St. Patrick's Cathedral and Edinburgh Castle, behold the natural wonder of Giant's Causeway, and keep an eye out for royalty at Buckingham Palace."


As a reminder, if you plan to join us on the 2018 Capitals of the British Isles, you must be enrolled with your deposit by Wednesday, November 30th at 11:59 pm. Space is limited at a first come first serve basis-- in fact, they've already started to fill up! Please act quickly to receive a special $200 scholarship!

The program price includes: flights, hotels, all transportation on tour, 2-3 meals daily, 15 hours of service work, a Tour Director with us 24/7, and local guides to name a few. We'll also have the support of EF staff 24/7 while traveling and students can earn academic credit if they choose!
